Delivery
Since 1998 Miller Supply has provided a diversified customer base with a variety of transportation alternatives. Today, Miller Supply continues to maintain the tradition of carefully balancing a combination of large market customer needs with rural route service to provide free Transportation and Distribution services through our established delivery schedule.
Delivery to established Miller Supply account holders on our regular scheduled routes may qualify for FREE freight. Qualifying orders are processed and delivered to many regional and rural markets within the states of Oklahoma, North Texas, and South Western Kansas free of delivery charges. Miller Supply's dedicated private delivery fleet works in conjunction with a network of national, regional, and parcel delivery carriers to ensure timely receipt of our full product line.
Miller Supply's service range is certainly not limited to regional markets. Beyond established delivery routes, service may be provided on a collect shipment basis, utilizing the customers preferred carrier, or prepaid and add shipments can be arranged through Miller Supply's Transportation and Logistics Department.
Freight Policies - Industrial Supplies
Transportation and minimum order rules:
For approved Miller Supply account holders on established routes, supply orders qualify for FREE delivery (prepaid shipments). Certain orders for steel items require a minimum order of $150 for Free delivery! Credit card purchases for delivery to customers on Miller Supply established routes also qualify for Free delivery on orders of $300 or more. Call (580) 256-0061 to verify regularly scheduled delivery routes.
Prepaid and Add shipments (freight charged to customer) if customer does not have a registered Miller Supply account or order is less than $150.00.
Note: Due to special handling charges placed on some items by third party carriers, actual freight costs to Miller Supply may be slightly higher than the estimates used to calculate and charge freight to Miller Supply customers. Miller Supply will assume the cost of these additional charges with exception to the following freight cost variance policy.
Freight cost variances-estimated vs. actual
If:
freight variance greater than $5.00 on total freight charge of $0-20.00
freight variance greater than 25% on total freight charge greater than $20.00
Then hold order and contact customer to:
approve actual freight charge
proceed with alternative arrangements
Domestic Ground Services
Estimated and exact freight charges will be calculated. These estimated calculations will be invoiced to Miller Supply's customers as exact freight charges, subject to the rules of the freight cost variance policy.

Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes Ground Service an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. Ground Service reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states.
Service for Customers within the 48 Contiguous States
For all commercial addresses, Ground Service guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship within the 48 contiguous states. For guaranteed day-definite delivery schedules, please use the Transit Times or view a map based on your origin postal code. Scheduled delivery days are revised from time to time as changes in technology, distribution, and volume occur.
Deliveries to residential addresses receive scheduled delivery and the same dependable service that you've come to expect from Ground Service.
3 Day Select
The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery, 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states.
2nd Day Air
2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.
2nd Day Air service provides substantial savings compared to the rates for overnight air service.
Next Day Air
Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We guarantee delivery by 10:30am, noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30pm on Saturdays).
The following terms and conditions, which pertain especially to AIW orders, have been obtained from the UPS Tariff.
Commodities Handled and Restrictions on Service are subject to the following restrictions:
a. No service shall be rendered in the transportation of any package or article weighing more than 150 pounds, or exceeding 108 inches in length, or exceeding a total of 130 inches in length and girth combined. Additional weight and size restrictions may apply. Refer to the applicable service guide for details.b. No service shall be rendered in the transportation of any of the prohibited articles listed in the applicable service guide.c. Hazardous Materials, defined as those materials regulated under Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (49 C.F.R.), are accepted for transportation only as a contractual service. To receive Hazardous Materials service, the shipper must sign a contract and agree to the provisions set forth in the Agreement for Transportation of Hazardous Materials.d. Other Regulated Materials (ORM-D) are accepted when properly packaged, marked, and shipped via Ground service. ORM-D packages shipped via Air Services and 3 Day Select are accepted for transportation only as a contractual service.e. C.O.D., Call Tag, Delivery Confirmation Signature Required, Return Service, and transportation of Hazardous Materials services are not provided for international shipments.
Policies
The current cutoff time for same day 'Will Call' orders is 12:00pm. If the 'Will Call' order is placed before 12:00pm the order will be available by 5:00pm that day. If the order requires additional handling, (i.e. chain cutting, hose cutting/coupling, or paint mixing) then additional time may be necessary. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be available for pickup after 7:00am the next business day.
'Will Call' orders
Are available for pickup at the Miller Supply Will Call between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday (normal business hours). If you require a more expedient 'Will Call' availability please call (580) 256-0061
